How Do You Talk About Rotary? – Michael Angelo Caruso

Michael Angelo Caruso is a “lifetime Rotarian” based in District 6380. His home club is the Rotary Club of Troy, Michigan. Mr. Caruso was introduced to Rotary via the old Group Study Exchange (GSE) program, now known as Vocational Training Teams (VTT).
